What Is An Aeroflow Sleep Tracker?
Diagnosed sleep apnea patients who receive CPAP supplies from Aeroflow Sleep will be able to view their orders in real-time anytime they place an order online. You never have to worry about the status of your order; planning your day around a call during operating business hours, wasting valuable time on hold before you can speak to a representative, etc.
But how is this possible? No, there’s not a locator on your CPAP machine, and Big Pharma isn’t out to get sleep apnea patients. Aeroflow Sleep has clinicians, operators, and developers who carefully manage what you can view and do within each tracker. Where Can I Find My Account Tracker?
It’s easy for Aeroflow Sleep patients to find any tracker. Simply visit our website and click on the Login button in the top right corner. If you’re currently logged in, the Login button will be replaced with the line drawing of a little person instead; go ahead and click it.
You are immediately taken to your account dashboard where you can access your physician information, insurance information, account information, and—most importantly—your order status. Should anything be missing, a tracker automatically will be made visible.
Should you want to know more about any step (and future steps) within the trackers, a blue “i” in a circle is there, too. This icon is known as a tooltip. When you hover over the tooltip, you will see your cursor change from an arrow to a hand, allowing you to click on it. A paragraph with helpful tips will appear, explaining why a step is important. It may also reveal additional resources; such as videos or more blogs like these.
