This 5 foot long Respironics replacement power cord is for use with the Respironics REMstar M-Series, Basic Plus Pro, and Auto CPAP machines, the M-Series BiPAP Plus, BiPAP Auto, and System One Machines. In order for this cord to function with Respironics machines, you may also need to purchase a Power Supply Unit for Respironics machines.
