Fisher & Paykel Forma™ Full Face Mask Seal and Foam Cushion Kit

This is a replacement foam cushion and silcone seal for the Fisher & Paykel Forma™ Full Face Mask. The FlexiFoam cushion utilizes advanced comfort features to ensure patients receive effective therapy. Similar to other full face cushions, the cushion supports the area around the nose and mouth. This cushion, however, also supports the under the chin area for improved seal protection and increased sleep performance.
